1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by Massimo Yao ("Developer"), including but not limited to AegisMark, ShotMini, LinkRouterPro, and other applications published under the same Apple Developer account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the applications.

2. Description of Services

Our applications are macOS utility tools designed to operate locally on your device. The applications include but are not limited to:

• AegisMark: Screen watermark and annotation tool
• ShotMini: Screenshot and screen capture utility
• LinkRouterPro: Link management and routing tool

All applications process data locally on your device. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any application at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the applications only for lawful purposes
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
• Not redistribute, sell, or lease the applications
• Not use the applications to infringe upon the rights of others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All applications, including their source code, designs, logos, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Massimo Yao. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applications for personal purposes.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. All data processing occurs locally on your device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The applications are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The applications will meet your specific requirements
• The applications will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the applications will be accurate or reliable

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Massimo Yao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the applications
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the applications

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the applications after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
