Match exact domains, wildcard domains, URL text, or regular expressions, and limit a rule to selected source apps when the same link should behave differently in different contexts. Send each match to a browser, a specific browser profile, a desktop app, or your fallback browser.
See a recommended destination in the compact browser picker, then choose with the arrow keys, Return, or number keys 1–9. Improved profile handling keeps work and personal accounts in the right browser context.
Open meeting, document, design, messaging, and project links directly in their macOS apps. Built-in desktop-client support covers common work tools, and custom clients can use their own URL scheme or deep link template.
When no rule matches, open the link once or save the decision as a new rule. The redesigned prompt clearly shows the match scope, source app, destination, and the rule that will be created.
Remove common marketing and analytics parameters before routing, and optionally resolve short URLs so rules can use the final destination. Routing and cleanup happen on your Mac, and rules stay local unless you enable optional iCloud sync. LinkRouter Pro contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs; when short-URL resolution is enabled, it sends a lightweight request to the short-link host to discover the final address.
